Online Orders

• We offer free online order returns for domestic orders within 30 days of your order's delivery date. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless your gear was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Items must be returned in original condition with the tags attached. If the merchandise was damaged during shipment please contact us here.
  
• Please Note: stlauthentics.com does not offer pre-paid return labels for international orders. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees for international orders.
  
• Refunds are credited to the original method of payment used on your order. 
• On-sale items are final sale and may not be returned. 

Exchange Orders

• Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees for exchange orders.

Custom Orders 

•  Custom merchandise is non-returnable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
