PLACING AN ORDER
After you gear up by placing an order, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that STLAuthentics.com has received the order. At the time of shipment, an additional follow up email will be sent. The confirmation will contain the order number, order detail, and shipping method. Please allow for 5-14 business days for orders to be fulfilled.
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and Discover for internet orders. All online orders paid by credit card are processed on a secure server.

Once an order is entered into our system, your order cannot be changed. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled once it is entered into our system.
Should the item you ordered not be available, you will be charged only for the items shipped to you by STLAuthentics.com. All unavailable items will be credited to your account when applicable. We will send the remainder of your order with appropriate adjustments for the out of stock item(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by STLAuthentics.com. We reserve the right to refuse delivery or limit quantities of any product ordered. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of any item until you place an order.
Due to the seasonal and event based nature of our inventory, we may occasionally run out of stock of certain items before your order is processed. In cases where the item will not be reordered, we will cancel the item from your order.
Prices on STLAuthentics.com are subject to change without notice. STLAuthentics.com maintains the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to orders that contain incorrect prices or product descriptions, orders that STLAuthentics.com believes the customer has violated applicable law, and orders that STLAuthentics.com believes are harmful to its clients, or its affiliates. Once an order is placed, a customer service agent may or may not be able to make changes to your order. STL AUTHENTICS is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

CANADA SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When submitting Canadian orders through STLAuthentics.com you are responsible for all import fees, customs, duties & taxes.

CANADIAN ORDERS - ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES:
When ordering STL Authentics merchandise, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to Canada.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of a Canadian shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are charged once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; STLAuthentics.com has no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
