PLACING AN ORDER
After you gear up by placing an order, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that STLAuthentics.com has received the order. At the time of shipment, an additional follow up email will be sent. The confirmation will contain the order number, order detail, and shipping method.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is entered into our system, your order cannot be changed. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled once it is entered into our system.
MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY
You will be charged only for the items shipped to you by STLAuthentics.com. Should items from your order be unavailable at the time of fulfillment, the unavailable items will be removed from your order and any fees or payments for these items will be credited back to your method of payment.

When submitting Canadian orders through STLAuthentics.com, customers are responsible for all import fees, customs, duties & taxes.
