Shipping and Fulfillment
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 5-8 business days *Ship time may be longer due to large influx of orders. For some items such as custom jerseys or drop ship item, there is additional processing time. There is usually a 1 or 2 day additional processing time for orders going to APO/FPO/DPO or US territories.

How do you ship orders?
All orders are shipped Via UPS and The United States Postal Service. All orders within the US will have the ability to track to their destination.
How do I know what size to pick?
Our sizing charts here can help you choose the best fit for your jersey.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO?
Yes. The USPS is the only carrier who delivers to these addresses so all orders will ship via Priority Mail regardless of shipping method chosen.
Do you ship to US TERRITORIES (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)?
Yes. We use USPS to ship to US Territories and all orders to these addresses will ship via Priority Mail regardless of shipping method chosen.
Do you take international orders?
We will fulfill orders to Canada. All other international locations are not currently not available for us to ship to. International orders will ship via UPS. Please note, additional charges may be applied if actual costs exceed original shipping charge. You will be notified via email prior to charge.
How do I update my password?
To update your password, go to the My Account page and enter the new password in the "Password" and "Confirm Password" fields and then click the "Update" button that is located below the Billing Address field.
I have a coupon code but it is not working, what should I do?

I don’t see a product I want can you help me find it?

I forgot my log in and/or password, what should I do?

Can I get a jersey customized?
Yes, you can customize almost all of our available jerseys. You can select the customization on the jersey page and select which name and number you would like.
How long do customized jerseys take?
Customized jerseys will take 8-10 weeks to complete and be shipped back to you. Depending on demand or specialty jerseys, this customization could take up to 10 weeks to complete. Once the jersey is completed you will be notified via email with a tracking confirmation.
