Q: Why were the items I added to my cart not available for purchase?
A: Unfortunately some items have very limited inventory and they were not guaranteed until checkout. 
Q: Why am I limited to only 4 game-used/locker room issue items if it allows me to purchase more. 
A: We want to make sure that all fans have an opportunity to purchase items so we implemented a limit. Our platform wouldn’t allow us to limit unique items so we are personally monitoring it. All transactions that exceed the limit will be void and the entire order will be placed in inventory. 
Q: Why can I not select shipping for sticks or goalie pads? 
A: These items are too large for shipping. 
Q: Why is there a limited amount of items?
A: Throughout the season Blues for Kids auctions off items. We have placed all items available in the sale. 
Q: When can I pick up my order?
A: You will receive a notification as soon as your order is fulfilled that will let you know your order is ready to be picked up. Once this has been sent you can come during any of our business hours.
Q: Can I return my summer sale products?
A: Summer sale items are non-refundable. We can offer an exchange for most product if it available in the size you need or for another product but these are final sales pieces. 
Q: If I selected shipping, when can I expect my order?
A: Expected time for fulfillment is 5 – 7 business days. We do package a high volume of orders during this time. 
Q: I ordered a stick and a tee shirt. Why am I getting an error message when I select shipping.
A: There are items that are in-arena pickup only. If you place an order for one of these items; the entire order will need to be picked up at the Enterprise Center.
